Puppy Raffle for Crestwood Families

ENTER OUR PUPPY RAFFLE
to try and win one of Crestwood’s wonderful
Shih Tzu/Bichon “Teddy Bear” puppies.

Get your raffle entry in by WEDNESDAY, 8/2.
The raffle will be held on THURSDAY, 8/3.

Winners will be notified by the end of WEEK 6 and puppies must be picked up on Friday, AUGUST 11th between 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

All puppies are currently 16 weeks old, excellent with kids and other dogs, playful and loving. They are also up to date on vaccinations and under the care of Dix Hills Animal Hospital.
